Ambire | AdEx envisioned a merchandising lineup that would shine at multiple events, including AdEx Web3 Marketers Summit and Ambire Abstract side-event. However, the project came with significant hurdles:


Design Complexity

Each item had unique requirements. Patches required multiple iterations on embroidery simulations and samples to perfect intricate elements like logos and patterns, t-shirts demanded precise sizing for a diverse audience, and flip-flops needed bold, readable designs despite production challenges.


Tight Deadlines

With the event looming, timing was critical. Flip-flops, in particular, required a 45-day production lead time, while other items like roll-up banners needed rapid turnaround closer to the event date.


Logistical Coordination

The merchandise had to be delivered to multiple locations—hotels, summit venues, and side event spaces—across Bangkok, adding layers of complexity to an already tight schedule.


These challenges tested the limits of planning, production, and delivery, but SODA was ready to turn obstacles into opportunities.

For patches, they managed multiple iterations on embroidery simulations and samples, ensuring every detail was perfected. For t-shirts, they sourced suppliers and tested samples to ensure sizing suited an international audience, overcoming regional fit discrepancies. For flip-flops, Pantone matching on screen printing samples was crucial to achieve bold, readable designs that met production challenges.


Production Management

SODA orchestrated a meticulous timeline, prioritizing long-lead items like flip-flops and hand fans. They produced samples for approval, allowing adjustments without derailing the schedule. Upon testing Imprint flipflops, when the factory raised concerns—such as flip-flops not reliably leaving sand imprints—SODA communicated transparently, ensuring Ambire | AdEx could make informed decisions.


Logistics Mastery

With deliveries spanning multiple venues, SODA planned meticulously. They ensured timely arrivals by leveraging local logistics expertise, from repackaging items in sturdy boxes to coordinating with a DHL contractor. SODA handled last-minute design adjustments, like adding URLs to designs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Ambire/AdEx’s vision.

Throughout, SODA’s proactive communication and problem-solving kept the project on track, turning potential setbacks into seamless successes.
