The Graph was preparing for a series of key events in Bangkok, including Datapalooza, ETHBangkok, and Devcon. They needed custom merchandise that would engage attendees and represent their innovative approach.
SODA, known for transforming creative ideas into high-quality products, stepped in to bring their vision to life. With a deadline of November 8th and a unique set of items in mind, the collaboration required both precision and flexibility.
The collab
From the first message, SODA and The Graph forged a dynamic partnership rooted in constant communication. When The Graph design team sent logos and patterns, SODA kicked off by presenting mockups for standout items like the elephant pants. When The Graph upped their bucket hat order or swapped designs, SODA recalibrated production schedules on the fly. This back-and-forth wasn’t just transactional—it was a creative dance, ensuring every piece aligned with The Graph’s vision.
SODA’s production team dove into the details. The elephant pants shimmered with vivid CMYK prints, balancing tradition with a modern edge. Bucket hats boasted embroidered logos in The Graph’s signature purple, while t-shirts and tank tops—made from organic combed cotton—featured bold, dual-sided, near edge designs. Stickers, printed with a white back and transparent edges finish, added a sleek touch. Logistics, however, threw curveballs: multiple delivery sites across Bangkok, demanded coordination. When a warehouse closure threatened delays, SODA improvised, transferring cargo between trucks on a parking lot and rerouting boxes ensuring every item landed on time—November 9th, just ahead of the events.
